Purchased in January of 2018 by MMPartners, the 200,000+ square foot F.A. Poth Brewery was renovated into 132 loft units and 25,000+ square feet of commercial space. It features an indoor parking garage, gym, event space, commercial businesses, and many of the original features from Otto C. Wolf's design in the late 1800's.
